Terms of Service for Video Downloader

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Video Downloader mobile application ("the App," "we," "our") published by Parse Studio 9. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Video Downloader is a utility app with a built-in browser that helps you detect and save videos, images and audio from websites you visit. The App does not host, operate or provide any media content of its own; it is a general-purpose tool that you control. All browsing, cookies and downloaded files stay on your device.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell or redistribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.

4. Pro Subscriptions & Billing

The App offers an optional "Pro" upgrade that unlocks additional features (such as faster multi-threaded downloads and an ad-free experience). The basic features of the App are free to use; a purchase is entirely optional.

• Purchase & Billing: Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (for example weekly or yearly) and/or a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases are processed by Google Play, and payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and your Google Play account is charged the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Managing & Canceling: You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it expires.
• One-Time Purchase: The lifetime option is a single payment with no recurring charge.
• Refunds: Payments, refunds and price changes are handled by Google Play in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service. We do not separately process payments or refunds.

5. Acceptable Use & Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for the content you download. You agree to:

• Download only content that you own or that you are legally permitted to save;
• Respect the copyright, intellectual-property rights, and terms of service of every website you visit;
• Not use the App to infringe the rights of others, or for any unlawful purpose.

Where the law or a platform's terms prohibit downloading certain content (for example, content protected by technical measures), you must not use the App to do so. We do not encourage or condone any infringing use.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, logos and branding, is owned by Parse Studio 9 and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or content. Media you download belongs to its respective rights holders.

7. Third-Party Websites & Content

The App lets you browse third-party websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, or practices of those websites, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or that any particular website or content can be downloaded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parse Studio 9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App, including any claims relating to content you download. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any feature, at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be published with a new "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
