Thank you for using Tarot Astrology · Offline AI ("the App"), developed by Parse Studio 9. We are deeply committed to your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Information Collection

The App is designed with a privacy-first, offline-first architecture. All data you create within the App is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to any server. This includes:

  • Tarot reading history and saved spreads
  • Natal chart birth data (date, time, location)
  • Synastry/compatibility records
  • Daily transit preferences
  • Meditation session history
  • AI conversation history
  • Theme, language, and app preferences
  • Subscription / Pro entitlement status (returned by Google Play Billing, cached locally)
  • Free-tier usage counters (e.g. AI requests per day) — stored locally, reset daily

2. What We Do NOT Collect

The App does NOT collect, transmit, or store on any server:

  • Personal identifying information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
  • Device identifiers or advertising IDs
  • Usage analytics, behavioral data, or telemetry
  • Location data
  • Contact information or browsing history
  • Voice recordings (audio is processed on-device in real time and immediately discarded)
  • Tarot questions, AI prompts, journal entries, or birth data (these never leave your device)

The App contains no advertising SDKs and no behavioral tracking SDKs. We do use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics solely for anonymous, aggregated app stability and usage metrics — no personal content of any kind is included. See Section 5 for the exact data fields collected.

3. On-Device AI Model

The App features an AI engine powered by Gemma 4 E2B via LiteRT-LM. This AI model runs entirely on your device. Your prompts, tarot interpretations, and all AI-generated content are processed locally and never sent to any cloud service. The optional model download from HuggingFace is a one-time transfer of the model file only; no user data is transmitted during this process.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Google Play Billing — Used for subscription management. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy. No user content is shared with Google beyond standard billing information.
  • Firebase Analytics (Google) — Anonymous app usage analytics: screen views, session count, app version, device model, country (IP-derived, not stored). No tarot questions, AI prompts, journal entries, or birth data are sent. Subject to Firebase Privacy & Security. You can opt out via system Analytics settings.
  • Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — Captures crash stack traces to help us fix bugs. Includes crash type, line number, device model, OS version. No personal content is logged. Subject to the same Firebase policy.
  • HuggingFace (model download) — Optional one-time download of the AI model file. No user data is transmitted. Subject to HuggingFace's Privacy Policy.

No other third-party services receive any data from the App.

6. Data Security

All user data resides on your device, protected by Android's built-in security mechanisms (file-based encryption, app sandboxing). We do not operate any servers, so there is zero risk of server-side data breaches. If you uninstall the App, all local data is permanently deleted.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

本应用采用隐私优先、离线优先的架构设计。您在应用内创建的所有数据仅存储在您的设备本地，绝不会传输至任何服务器。包括：

3. 端侧 AI 模型

本应用搭载基于 LiteRT-LM 的 Gemma 4 E2B AI 引擎，该模型完全在您的设备上运行。您的提示词、塔罗解读和所有 AI 生成内容均在本地处理，绝不会发送至任何云服务。从 HuggingFace 下载模型为可选的一次性操作，仅传输模型文件本身，不会传输任何用户数据。

5. 第三方服务

  • Google Play Billing — 用于订阅管理。适用 Google 隐私政策。除标准计费信息外，不会与 Google 共享任何用户内容。
  • Firebase Analytics（Google）— 收集匿名使用统计：屏幕浏览、会话次数、应用版本、设备型号、地区（基于 IP 推断，不存储）。不会上传塔罗问题、AI 对话、日记内容、出生信息。适用 Firebase 隐私与安全。可在系统 Analytics 设置中关闭。
  • Firebase Crashlytics（Google）— 收集崩溃堆栈帮助我们修复 bug，包含崩溃类型、行号、设备型号、系统版本。不会记录任何个人内容。适用同一 Firebase 隐私政策。
  • HuggingFace（模型下载） — 可选的一次性 AI 模型文件下载，不传输任何用户数据。适用 HuggingFace 隐私政策。

没有其他第三方服务从本应用接收任何数据。

6. 数据安全

所有用户数据存储在您的设备上，受 Android 系统内置安全机制保护（基于文件的加密、应用沙箱）。我们不运营任何服务器，因此不存在服务器端数据泄露风险。卸载本应用后，所有本地数据将被永久删除。

7. 儿童隐私

本应用不针对 13 岁以下儿童，不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

8. 隐私政策更新

我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。更新后的政策将在本页面发布，并标注新的"最后更新时间"。
