Welcome to BaZi Destiny ("the App"), developed by Parse Studio 9. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
BaZi Destiny is a mobile application providing Four Pillars BaZi destiny analysis, Zi Wei Dou Shu charts, marriage compatibility analysis, auspicious date selection, name analysis, and in-depth destiny interpretations. The App is developed and maintained by Parse Studio 9 ("we", "us", or "our").
You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
All BaZi destiny analyses, Zi Wei Dou Shu chart readings, marriage compatibility reports, auspicious date recommendations, name evaluations, and interpretations provided by the App are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to psychological, medical, financial, legal, or relationship counseling.
You should not make important life decisions based solely on the App's readings or interpretations. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from reliance on the App's content.
The App is free to download and uses a freemium model. Core BaZi and Zi Wei chart features remain free forever; advanced features are gated behind a Pro entitlement.
All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing:
Monthly and Annual subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via Google Play → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and previously paid amounts are non-refundable except as required by Google Play's policy.
The Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-renewing entitlement attached to your Google account, valid for the lifetime of the App.
Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy. EU/UK consumers retain their statutory withdrawal rights (where applicable) by contacting [email protected].
We may change prices or modify the set of features included in each tier. Existing subscribers will be notified through Google Play before any price increase takes effect on their plan. Lifetime entitlement scope, once granted, will not be reduced for existing buyers.
The App, including its source code, UI design, and all artwork bundled in the application package, is the exclusive property of Parse Studio 9 and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws worldwide. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, decompile, or commercially use any assets without prior written permission from Parse Studio 9.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. All metaphysical calculations are based on traditional Chinese algorithms but are provided for entertainment purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on BaZi analyses, Zi Wei readings, or other interpretations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

本应用免费下载，采用 freemium（免费 + 高级订阅）模式。核心八字和紫微功能永久免费；高级功能需要 Pro 权益解锁。
所有购买均通过 Google Play Billing 处理：
月度和年度订阅将以届时价格自动续期，除非在当前计费周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。您可随时通过 Google Play → 订阅 管理或取消订阅；取消将在已付费周期结束时生效，已付费款项除 Google Play 政策另有规定外不予退款。
