Terms of Service for SnapID-PassportPhoto

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SnapID-PassportPhoto ("SnapID," "the App," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SnapID is an offline ID photo creation application that allows users to take, edit, and format ID photos on their mobile devices. The App provides the following features:

• ID photo capture and import
• AI-powered background removal and replacement
• Multiple ID photo specifications for various countries
• Photo editing and formatting tools
• Print layout generation

The App operates primarily offline, and all photo processing is performed locally on your device.

3. Free and Premium Features

3.1 Free Features

SnapID can be used without a subscription or purchase. Free features include:

• Basic ID photo capture and editing
• Standard ID photo specifications
• White and blue background colors
• Photo output with watermark

3.2 Premium Features

Premium features are available through subscription or one-time purchase, including:

• All ID photo specifications
• All background colors (red, gray, cream, custom)
• Watermark-free HD export
• Print layout generation

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

SnapID offers the following subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan: Billed weekly
• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly
• Yearly Plan: Billed annually

A one-time lifetime purchase option is also available as an alternative to subscriptions.

4.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

• All payments are processed through Google Play and charged to your Google Play account.
• Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription price.

4.3 Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play subscription settings on your device.
• After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for the remaining period.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. Please contact Google Play support for refund inquiries.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle after the change.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that the ID photos you create comply with the requirements of the relevant authorities.
• You must not use the App for any illegal or fraudulent purposes, including creating forged or tampered identity documents.
• You are solely responsible for the photos you create and their use.

6. Intellectual Property

• The App, its design, code, features, and content are owned by Parse Studio 9 and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of the photos you create using the App.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that ID photos created with the App will be accepted by any government agency, embassy, or other authority.
• We are not responsible for any rejection of photos created using the App.
• AI-powered features (such as background removal) may not produce perfect results in all cases.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parse Studio 9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or rejection of ID photos by authorities.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. SnapID operates primarily offline and does not collect, store, or upload your personal information or photos to our servers.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be published with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
